Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any reservation cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests and optimize our schedule efficiently. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation charge, as outlined in our detailed policy below.
We value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring adjustments to your scheduled appointments. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all our guests.
Commitment to You and Your Time:
Just as we ask for your commitment to our cancellation policy, we want to reassure you of our unwavering commitment to you and your time. We understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes adjustments are unavoidable. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to providing flexibility and understanding when unforeseen circumstances arise on your end.
In the event that you encounter challenges meeting our cancellation policy due to unexpected circumstances, we encourage open communication. Our goal is to work with you to find a solution that is fair and considerate of both your needs and the operational requirements of our salon.
Rescheduling Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your reservation to allow time for completing consultation forms or other paperwork, using the restroom, getting settled in, etc…
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled reservation, there will be a late charge added and may need to reschedule your reservation to a different time and day.
If your reservation needs to be moved, a 50% charge of the service will be charged.
15+ Minute Late Arrival will result in a $50 late fee
48 Hours or Less Cancellation/Reschedule notice will be charged 50% of service total
No-shows will be charged 100% of service total
All rescheduling/cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the above noted fees that will need to be paid with cash, credit card, or deducted from your gift card.
This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as everyone else!
