Tice is the quiet force that keeps WHITEFOX running with intention, clarity, and ease. She joined our team in 2021, and it didn’t take long for everyone — team and guests alike — to realize we couldn’t function without her. While Jess leads the vision, Tice is the one who makes sure every detail behind the scenes actually happens.

Her background in Strategic Communication gives her a natural eye for systems, structure, and brand flow. She’s the reason your reservation runs smoothly, your stylist has everything they need, and the WHITEFOX guest experience feels seamless from the moment you walk in.

But what truly sets Tice apart isn’t just her operational strength — it’s the way she cares about people. She leads with calm, clarity, and a deep commitment to making sure our team feels supported and our guests feel taken care of. Her talent is creating ease in places that could easily feel chaotic.

Outside the salon, you’ll usually find Tice with her family, recharging with a good laugh, good music, or anything from the 90s alternative rock era. She brings that same grounded, steady energy into WHITEFOX every day.
